Dramatic and mysterious black velvet dress circa late 1960s early 1970s. Kind of a swinging Noir-ish  feeling. Tea length, long sleeves, cowled neck and wide banded empire waist. Horizontal stripes shot with silver. Unlabeled. Great for a cold weather New Years Eve moment. Fully lined and in excellent condition. Labeled "Suburban Milburn New Jersey"
